LVE was a stud the 2nd half. Cox has shown nothing.I don’t understand how he didn’t get on the field more. LVE was average on his best day. Cox should’ve gotten more looks.

He looked so good in college it's hard to believe he won't make it in the NFL.Pretty sure ole Jabril is a bust...
I'm rooting for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He looked so good in college it's hard to believe he won't make it in the NFL.
Now that he should be fully healthy and ready to make some plays it's his time to shine.
Serious question. Have you watched him play? I'll counter with show me any scouting report that says he doesn't have good lateral agilityFrom where are you getting this lateral agility comment?
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!In case you don't have google I googled Jabril Cox lateral agility for you. I don't understand why people watch a player and want to go by what "experts" say. They don't watch these players as often as fans of their team do
Here is the first return:

"Cox forms part of a great group of linebackers in the 2021 class showing great size and speed. He was an FCS transfer who has made the most of his opportunity in 2020 to solidify his position amongst those other great LB prospects. Jabril is explosive but its not just downhill speed and acceleration he has great lateral mobility as well and can cover a lot of ground which makes him a danger for offenses in the short passing game"
Here is the 2nd:
https://thedraftnetwork.com/2021-nfl-draft-scouting-report-lb-jabril-cox/
"Lateral Mobility: Cox is loose and springy in all directions. He thrives in space and features true sideline-to-sideline range. From a mobility standpoint, Cox checks the boxes. "

"His lateral quickness is a forte of his game, and his ability to unleash speed spurts both northwards, and south will be invaluable."
I agree on Cox. He hasn’t gotten the chance though. LVE a stud? Guy had 1 great game. Against Houston.LVE was a stud the 2nd half. Cox has shown nothing.
No way. Rookie year. Not even close. You are better than that. Not this last year. Best year of his career.
Well done. I dang sure hope you are correct about him, and that he can find his health. In case you don't have google I googled Jabril Cox lateral agility for you. Simply not true. The D is not the same when he's out.I agree on Cox. He hasn’t gotten the chance though. LVE a stud? Guy had 1 great game. Against Houston.
Parcells was definitely loyal to his guys. We saw that with all the players he brought to Dallas. That was a Parcells guy, not the team. Parcells was close with his father.
Agree on the injuriesWell done. I dang sure hope you are correct about him, and that he can find his health.
I know you were, and I disagree. However, there's no point in going on about that facet. If he can get healthy, we will soon find out whether he's Jeff Heath or Deion Jones.Agree on the injuries
I’m not necessarily saying he will be a good NFL player or more so that the team is going to start playing him more. For whatever reason they just don’t seem to want to play him. I seem to have a higher opinion of him than the team does.
I was just stating how he wasn’t lacking in lateral quickness. He is small and fast and quick, which is why lateral movement isn't a concern. But, that alone doesn’t necessarily mean he will be a good LBer. Personally from what I’ve seen I do think he can be and I’d at least be playing him in passing situations. It’s been a weakness of our LBs and a place I think he can do well. But whether he can come off OL blocks and not get stuck to them, sealed off or pushed back could be the issue with him being able to play consistently in the base defense or not. That is where his size hurts. Assuming the team won’t play Micah there more than last year, our LB depth chart is very shallow right now. Even though we mostly only play two LBers I think we need to draft or sign at least one more LB. I’m hoping the team will give Cox a chance to show what he can do this season Because I think he can help this team.
I respectfully disagree. LVE is soft as tissue. Gets washed out all the time. Pulling guards pancake him regularly. He rarely squares up tackles but chooses to tackle from behind or from the side. Will blow someone up occasionally but it’s rare. Terrible in coverage. SF torched him again and again. He is an average player.Simply not true. The D is not the same when he's out.

Look at the deal he signed. $5.5mm per??? Top LBs are in the $10-20 range. Guy is 27. Prime of his career and he gets a bridge deal? Says it all.
