it just prolongs the time it takes between scores for the other team.... giving up 6 TDs in a row...is giving up 6 TDs in a row...
now, you could argue that the QB threw interceptions, gave them a short field, etc. but against the saints, their drives were
80 (opening kickoff)
70 after kick off
70 after kick off

43 yards after interception on their 33 yard line
70 after kick off
so yes, one was after an interception. but by then we were already given up 28 points, 4 straight scores....and notice, most of their scores were long drives after we kicked off, which means we scored.
and oh, btw, the TOP in first half.....dallas had it for almost 18 minutes, so you can't even use the excuse to say defense got tired!!!
