I know, wishful thinking. But rumor has it that they will be trading McCoy plus some other players for Oakland's #1 pick. Then Chip can get Mariotta, whom he covets.

Hmmmm...that's a pretty incredible rumor. I can't really see that happening. Of course in the NFL teams do really stupid things.

the QBs coming out for the draft scare me,i dont even trust Mariotta to be all that let alone the Hundleys and Winstons of the world.I would not draft one in the first rd but keep my options open in all other RDs.I also dont know how Dustin Vaughan has progressed,we kept him on the roster even though he barely played in the pre season,i hope he gets a chance to show his stuff next year after we get rid of Weeden.

Would you all be opposed to the Cowboys packaging draft picks to make a deal simular to what the Commanders did to get Griffin? With the assumption that the QB drafted was seen as a sure fire franchise QB like Luck.

I like Brett Hundley of UCLA a lot. I also wouldn't mind a later round for a guy who has good stuff to build upon.

His stock rose yesterday, tough road win. I bet the scouts are intrigued by him too.

Hutson Mason is an under the radar prospect IMO, that I've been interested in among others. I'm waiting to see, if he can finish strong and lead Georgia to a bowl victory.

Our quarterback is 34 and aching and our backup can't play. That said, you have to find the right guy. And it doesn't have to be in this draft.

That said, I'm for trading, even our first pick, for JFB. He has a year of work in, and it doesn't look like there are any quarterbacks who would be equivalent talent this year that would be available to us.
