Question about "Fanhood"...

So, in a nutshell, you never would not be a fan... Question answered...

Yeah, I should of said, my answer was not an attack against you. I just really hate when people use this stupid comment when someone says something negative that they dont agree with.

How much? How much can everyone from you "Open-Minded Realists" to the "Blind Homers" take of this team before you give up? By that I mean no more games watched. No more news read. No more blogs or forums or chatrooms discussing the Cowboys. No more hats or tees or flags or jerseys. I mean total secession for Cowboys Nation. I'm not asking in jest or to rile anyone up. I just want to see what one's limit is to truly turning in one's "fancard" (a popular topic around here these days)! Personally, I don't think there's anything football-related that they could do at Valley Ranch to make me go to such extremes so I'm curious to see how you Zoners felt...

gotta go through the tough times to get to the good....other wise your just a fair weather bandwagoner

I don't have much of a choice, I signed on for season tickets for the next 30 years lol.

yes you do. you could give them to me!!!!!!

I guess I just don't get the whole "how much can you take" talk.

I enjoy watching football and in particular, the Dallas Cowboys.

I hate when they lose, but it doesn't give me an ulcer when they lose.

I will be watching them as long as I am able too.

Personally, I think it is unhealthy to take football too serious.

There's something about watching them put on those silver and blue helmets with the star that makes me believe every Sunday, even during the Campo years.

Go Cowboys!!

Agree with all this..

I survived the Campo years so I'll survive anything.

I'll never stop watching and never stop being a Cowboys fan.

Death, or the end of the NFL, whichever comes first.

I sorta look at The Dallas Cowboys like I look at my kids.

If they do something wrong or don't succeed in what they try and do thru lack of effort , I'll let them know about it.

If someone else says negative things about them , Look Out!!!!! I'll defend them to the death.

Dallas Cowboys & My Kids = Love and Loyalty.;)

you see I'm old school I believe that when you clam a team then you follow them through thick and thin. If you guys freak out and question following ths team after 4 wks and being 2-2 then you might wanna just jump ship now because its early and anything could happen. Imagine watching them go 5-11 man some of you bandwagoners would probably be Giant fans by now. fact of the matter is that its not too late to fix things and it completely dumb to jusmp ship so early mean some of you guys wanted out after wk 2 LOL!!!. The fact is you never stop loving and following your team you don't leave the game until the last whistle is blown and if your fan enough to celebrate the good time then you beeter be there to mourn the bad times

me either.

If I thought that way I would never post on a message board about it or spend as much time as it takes to be an informed fan and have an opinion.

I'd be the first to admitt that I take it way too seriously since I can't do anything about it....after 12 years of losing you don't take it near as seriously that's for sure.

Nah, for me, it is a good way of chatting with Cowboys fans around the U.S. and making the work day go by faster.

What if my neighbors daughter takes a dump on my yard?

Then strips.

:laugh2:
Then the penalties would offset.
