I always thought SAS was BSing when he said we have the worst fan base in sports. Then I started hanging around here on my free time and realized he's right. You can bang on QC for a lot of things but that man has been in recovery for years and advocate for others.

We definitely have an empathy problem here on this board. But overall SAS isn’t wrong as an overall fan base we suck including me.I always thought SAS was BSing when he said we have the worst fan base in sports. Then I started hanging around here on my free time and realized he's right.
It's interesting weed did him in and now it's legal in a bunch of states."now, pass me the joint"
Man I seen guys joking about suicide the other day so yeah man nothing is off limits when it comes to guys "football".I always thought SAS was BSing when he said we have the worst fan base in sports. Then I started hanging around here on my free time and realized he's right.

4 years in recovery can’t be used as an argument? Do you by chance know anyone in recovery? That’s a struggle, and he was sober before that and relapsed, so yes 4 years in recovery is a huge accomplishment.

I’m glad he turned his life around.
Quincy had addiction problems. He never hurt anybody. He only hurt himself.
That’s so awesome for your buddy! That is not an easy thing to do and being there for him is also not an easy thing to do so kudos for supporting him.My buddy is over 20 years recovery and I saw him thru his ups and downs. I went to meetings with him and it was a journey but that is my buddy, he is in a much better place now but it’s one day at a time and not hanging around the same friends. Like the song from Harold Melvin and the BlueNotes featuring the late great Teddy Pendergrass “Where are all my Friends”. A great R&B song and nothing but the truth song.
