what a year
I keep seeing this word used frequently today for some odd reason.Dang.
Quincy Carter's comment, at the end of the video, is like a sign of the Apocalypse.
Someone who see a little of himself in Dak?Who the hell is Quincy Carter?
what a year
People I spoke with in May 2001 that were quite dialed in at UGA told me he was very into coke. No reason to lie and certainly didn’t seem as if they were. Can’t imagine that got better after signing a pro deal. It's interesting weed did him in and now it's legal in a bunch of states.
what a year
They cut him and kept Romo.People I spoke with in May 2001 that were quite dialed in at UGA told me he was very into coke. No reason to lie and certainly didn’t seem as if they were. Can’t imagine that got better after signing a pro deal.
Since they somehow made the playoffs in 2003 but he was soon thereafter replaced with Testaverde, it seems plausible.
We certainly have our fair share.I always thought SAS was BSing when he said we have the worst fan base in sports. Then I started hanging around here on my free time and realized he's right.
what a year
Seriously, I agree. Good on him. But as a player, he did hurt the team with his addiction. Imagine what kind of player he may have been if he was able to seek help. What a shame. The team was robbed of having him available because he chose the drugs instead of his teammates. Good dude in life, however. Proud of him, but REALLY why should the fans care what he thinks about Dak or the team? Doesn't move the needle.I’m glad he turned his life around.
Quincy had addiction problems. He never hurt anybody. He only hurt himself.
all inWhat an endorsement...
Isn't he the guy on Police Academy that makes all the weird sounds with his mouth?Who the hell is Quincy Carter?
hes just like 7 up.Who the hell is Quincy Carter?
Wow. Never read/heard that pre-draft. I remember reading that there may have been some minor off the field concerns. Remember, this was the draft right after McNabb had his break out season and Jerry was desperate to not only immediately replace Aikman but also find the next McNabb. While Carter did have some good physical tools, most experts agreed he was a reach in the 2nd round even without the off-the-field stuff.People I spoke with in May 2001 that were quite dialed in at UGA told me he was very into coke. No reason to lie and certainly didn’t seem as if they were. Can’t imagine that got better after signing a pro deal.
