That is where he has the most experience in recent years.Has Alexander had experience at the slot CB during his Vikes days with ex-Vikes DC George Edwards ?

It was 2-deep Safety but the Safety on that side bit up before Joseph and was therefore not available to help. It's normally zone with a 2-deep look...DQ not happy with KJ.
that TD was a killer.
KJ jumped a WR move in Cover 3 (1?) when there was a single S, who had a bad angle.
can’t trust KJ.
Or not...WE'RE ABOUT TO SEE HIS TRUE COLORS he's about to go wild, end up in the news, guys like this don't take demotion well!! Can see him being cut
Yes, he played the slot under him.Has Alexander had experience at the slot CB during his Vikes days with ex-Vikes DC George Edwards ?
It's going to be a compromise no matter who we trot out there with. The nature of the game near the end of the season. No one is playing at full strength, we are just aware of our weaknesses.Wright looked ok in the game from what I saw.
Or not...
Confirmation bias
Let me guess:
You think KJ sucks.
You think Tolbert sucks.
You think Jabril Cox would be awesome but the meanie coaches are holding him back.
You've never reviewed a complete game to focus on a specific player on each snap.
You are going to disregard my post because it does not fit your agenda of spouting out opinions with zero knowledge to back up those opinions.
You never read posts that don't fit your agenda.I think you're losing your mind and bored lol I didn't read the rest, you're losing it bud
LOL Year 2 as a 2nd rounder and he's a gunner. Great. Let's shoot for 1st round gunner in 4 months. He doesn't suck. They just aren't realizing that he's more of a slot CB than an outside corner. He's probably better at safety. He makes a great gunner for now, which we need right now. CJ Goodwin has been showing up too. But KJ has been pretty solid. He just needs another year, so there's really no need to apologize. It's on the Cowboys for not being so prepared...
..
That's why some of us were hoping and rooting for Kelvin Joseph, because that tends to work better for fans than throwing trash at the guy, even if it's over digital media. I know, I know. Say what you want. The guy can't do anything right because the coaches put too much on his shoulders when they should know, even if they drafted him in the 2nd round, that he's an inexperienced player and wasn't quite ready for a starter role...that much was kind of obvious earlier in the season. I tend to think the guy could be better with more positivity around him.
No cap here. The way I see it is KJ's problems are all mental. If I were the staff, I'd find him a psych Dr. and see if they can give him anything for focus, which I think he has ADD, rather than ADHD, and also PTSD, and anxiety and/or CTE, or maybe none or some of the combination above. But I would look into this with an expert in this area. Worth a try.
We've had players like him before who turned out to be good. Like David Irving, shame how his career ended, but I admire his style, actually. You have to steer these guys in the right direction, and all options should be on the table. I know some will think this is funny, but it's the things going on in his head are impacting his ability to focus on playing out there. I can see it. His flaws are mental, which can change with the right approach. Whereas, you can't teach that kind of athleticism.
KJ had some really good plays out there, too, that will go unnoticed because of his goofs on the other ones, which I admit. I would have benched him after the first one. The biggest mistake, in my mind, was leaving him in there to have his confidence shattered twice in a row. You set him up for failure.
And demonstrated how you failed to prepare on the defensive side of the ball with personnel adjustments. If you were prepared, you never implemented them, so it doesn't matter.
Shame on DQ, on this, really.
typical guy Jerry just can't resist - big talent, ten cent brain. like Gregory, Collins, etc - too many to name,
How much is your brain worth?
No he just sucks as a CB. You didn't notice how he's the one allowing most of the TDs, lol?Joseph gets the brunt of criticism because the defense as a whole stinks. When they were getting pressure and sacks, the DB's looked decent, now the DB's all look pathetic. Joseph just happens to have the least experience. Glaring as it is, he can survive. This trend will continue until the defense gets back to playing NFL football. Who will be the next, "cut him" casualty?

I am hoping it’s Diggs - Bland - Muk / Mullen. Alexander and Sheffield would be nice as wellWho starts Saturday at CB opposite Diggs? Any word from the Jerry or Stephen on their radio appearances?
Yeah, well I’d appreciate it if he’d kill a few WRs coming into his zone. I’ll take a 15 yard penalty over a TD given up.Joseph kills the competition
