Quinnen Williams Appreciation Thread

They didn’t even try to run the football I wonder was that because of Quinnen addition.
They can’t run. Did you see that stat where the average yards before contact was under two yards? NFL worst.

But yeah, this was Jeantys worst game. He had another six carry game this year but got 17 yards

Clicked on that and it showed we have 20 mil in cap space this season. We already knew that. Where's the 60 figure coming from, and what are you referring to?
If they want to win they will figure a way to kick the ‘Dak can’ down the road - Eagles been doing it forever and STILL stay ahead of it.

Could it be that it would be 80, but it's adjustable for the 20 in cap space we have?
Absolutely no idea. I really don't mess much w/ the cap stuff, there are people here who are much better. I miss Jumbo who always was correct in his cap analyses.

As I posted before, all recent SB winning defenses(Philly, KC, TB, LA) all had elite DTs and not elite DEs. Elite DTs have had bigger impact.
Yup. DT is by far the most important position on the roster. Look at how it's taken care of by the super bowl teams. In Cincy's one super bowl year, they signed disruptive 3 tech Ogunjobi, had top 3 NT Reader, and signed Hendrickson for DE. Put them in the super bowl, but then they let Ogunjobi walk to sign WRs and their QB. And haven't sniffed one since.

I hate losing Clark, the 2nd best DT on the roster and the only starting quality NT. Major major downgrade if we cut him.
I would hate cutting him too but cutting him saves 21.5 million on cap next year and Diggs is 15.5 million. Post June cut. As said, something has to give. Osa is much younger so I prefer keeping him and use draft picks to shore up some spot.

He is, but Clark is much better. Huge downgrade.

Oh thats nice

This team got an actual DT who is great at his craft

Only took over a decade of ignoring it

Maybe in 2035 we can get a linebacker whos a master at his craft as well

They can create over 100 million in cap space with restrucures.
Ah, now you're being more specific. I sure hope so, Pickens is a beast, but letting Clark go puts us in a hole again at NT.
