Hmmmmmmm, I'm a"homer" because I asked people to explain how he is hurting the team? I've said in the past that I expected more form him. Period. But, just like many on this board seem to do, I'm gonna call out folks that present certain arguments without giving the facts. People are frustrated with Roy, and they can't see the forest for the trees. He's a convenient whipping boy, alot of people didn't like the trade in the first place. The original Roy Williams caught the same amount of hell and irrational hate. There's no point in fighting with them about it. They'll be all over his jock when he takes over a game.

We paid for Roy as if he were a top 5 receiver, big difference between bringing in an overpriced vet and hoping a 3rd round draft pick reaches his potential IMO.

Watching these kids showboat after every routine play is aggravating. It makes me appreciate Emmitt Smith even more. On a team full of showboats he just handed the ball to the ref and went on with the next play.

It is very annoying to see him do this.

So far, the only positive that has come from the trade is that Jerry Jones was able to justify getting rid of Terrell Owens.

I think he is making some progress but overall, his production level has not been commensurate with what the Cowboys gave up to acquire his services.

By not being the whiny, I need the freakin ball all the time presence of the guy he replaced. Miles Austin would NOT be doing what he is doing if T.O. were still here. His ego would Not allow someone else to shine over him - just like he is doing now. And, if you notice after the one time he supposedly "whined", that he and Romo have looked as in sync as damn near Romo and Witten.

Sure, that's only one thing and yeah I expected more. But, unlike you and the haters, I do not see how he has all of a sudden become this huge hinderance to a 1st place team.

He has been whiny, throwing Romo under the bus, and he doesn't produce jack squat. You gotta earn respect, not have people make excuses for you when you are clearly underperforming, and have been since a harsh price was paid to bring you in.

Roy Williams won't be on the team next season if his production does not dramatically improve down the stretch of this season.

His cap number is outrageously high for a guy as non-productive as he is.

He constantly makes snide defensive remarks and threw his QB under the bus about 'throwing the ball better to other receivers'.

He can't beat single coverage against other team's 2nd best DB.

He drops critical passes for a guy with 'super crazy glue hands lolz'.

He constantly makes excuses - playbook issues, my foot hurts, the lights, etc.

But like I've said before, he'll block the **** out of your ***.
