Don't you think that Bills experience is enough to assess Henson's future. Henson is basically getting the Hutch treatment because he's a loss cause. I think Bill is keeping Henson around just to humor Jerry.

Banned, what i can't understand is this: Is Jerry Jones this foolish to hang on to a dream(Henson)or is his psychosis emerging again, ala the videotaped "I'm Jerry jones, let them go on through" attitude when he got pulled over by the police a few years ago?

OH, BTW did you notice that Henson DID NOT HOLD FOR THE EXTRA POINT on Romo's TD throw....Remember..Romo holds when Bledsoe is playing, Henson Holds when Romo is playing.

AND this was AFTER Jerry went down to the sidelines and said somehting to Parcells.

Big Bill and Jerry scheduled for a meltdown...all because of an undrafted , small school, gunslinger, golfnut without much arm strength!

I love the arm stength myth and the personal accounts promising doom with Romo. But I see pretty good with my own two eyes.

I think Henson is also a sore loser. He threw a fit and split after the game.
 
If you guys think that Parcells needs job security you definitely haven't been paying attention. If you think Bill is doing anything related to winning football games to kiss up to Jerry you haven't been paying attention.

I was seriously at Fenway Park today with my two sons taking it all in. We smoked Tigers.

Ran into a guy who was at the game and flew back with two of his buddies.

He said Henson smoked Bledsoe and Romo pregame. Had a cannon and was clearly the best QB. Said Romo was short and had a weak arm.....

They were there.

Well damn. If they were there, I must be wrong. Obviously, I'm missing something very important here. Apparently, I've been wrong all along ... if in fact, they were actually THERE.

Folks. Never. And I mean absolutely never underestimate a players ability to run the pregame, warm up offense. In fact, this is key to making accurate assesments.

i'm sorry, I did not intend to imply that Parcells REALLy needs job security.

He wants to keep the job..not for himself, but for his players that he demands so much of. I really think he LOVES the team, most of them anyway. Heck he even KISSED one of the Texans players after the game who was a former Cowboy!

I feel that Parcells will hold his water for the right time and not mouth off to Jerry for the sake of the team.

Parcells already has a plan for Henson IMHO.

If Jerry hasn't learned by now that he's a football jackarse and he needs to leave the decision making up to Coach Parcells, he'll never learn.

But I think he has learned. Parcells is in control - obviously.

BTW, what do you 'think' his plan is?
 
Boned in Austin, apparently you have been wrong all along. You spew post after post glorifying a guy who has never accomplished anything other than a couple of pre-season passes, news to you, there's a hundred of those guys out there. I'm not saying Henson's the man. I do however think he is a very gifted QB, it is obvious by your ignorant remarks that you have not actually watched Drew Henson in college. And I do think that you are a moron for spewing your negative conjecture towards him at this point in his career. You act as if Henson is just stinking it up while Romo is playing like God. In your mind only, truth is they have both been very impressive at times and have both made a few mistakes, but it is obvious to most that Henson is a far superior long term prospect. And as far as looking more comfortable in the pocket, Henson looks alot better then your boy did in his second year. It's like the old your ugly and I'm chubby deal, I can lose weight but you'll always be ugly. Henson will get more comfortable just like Romo did, But Romo will never develope Henson's physical skills. If you look close at Romo's throws you might notice that even when he happens to squeeze one in there that they could have just as easily been picked off, like that last touchdown to morgan. His deficiencies will be exposed if he ever happens to actually play a real NFL game some day, which just might happen, but until he does, you have nothing!
