We were screwed the day Jerry Jones conducted one single interview for the position of GM and, in the chair sitting across from him, was a mirror.

So Jerry, you think it takes more talent to win consistantly in the NFL? Well how more talented can one team be over the others in the parity enhanced world of drafts, free agency and salary caps?

A record 13 players made the Pro Bowl in 2009 and the Cowboys still couldn't make it past the divisional roung.

It takes a great team and they are rarely composed of the most talented players overall. However, they are composed of the best players that fill the needs of that particular teams style, philosophy, and team chemistry.

The real problem isn't the players. Its a lack of organizational structure, a well defined chain of command, a clear and precise goal, and accountibility

The problem is the guy shooting off his mouth.

Only Jerry would use the word "lust" when talking about matters related to football. And at 73 years old, it comes off lecherous at best.
