Randle very good today

Last week he looked tentative to me.
This week he continually made something out of nothing. I don't care about his stats. He was very good today. Murray would not have done better.

But my point was... Any given week a RB can be shut down.

I know what your point was but it's been 2 weeks and Randle hasn't looked very good. He was worse yesterday than he was opening day. I know Philly is good stopping the run but in back to back weeks are running game has been below 4.0 a carry. My point with Randle heading into the season was his rushing average was high due to several long runs that padded his average. If you took away his long runs last season he was barely averaging 3.0 a carry. He's not very good in tight spaces running between the tackles.

I think DMC and Dunbar could be used in the passing game more as flankers and out of the backfield maybe a 3 RB set with 1 or 2 split out wide

I recall 1 play with both Dunbar and Randle in the backfield. IIRC, they faked a hand-off to Dunbar and then threw it to Randle.

I don't think it's going to get a whole lot better maybe some but not to where the Cowboys won't be looking for a solid runner during the off season.

Tevin Coleman isn't durable. Maybe he should be a change of pace back.

We don't know for sure yet but he looks like what I thought he was going to look like. Had a number of discussions on him during the offseason and wasn't excited about him or McFadden.
