Randle Vows Not To Be A Cancer

Again, who did they spend these "resources" that they saved not paying Murray? Talk about ignorance. Give it up, you just keep making it worse.

Talk about ignorance, or maybe you are just in denial. We've all been witness to the personnel acquisitions being made after the season started. Too numerous to mention them all.

Maybe you're problem is you don't believe the season can be saved.

DAL is still 11m under the cap. They have to account for about 5m for Hardy, so they technically have 6m in space.

Murray would count for 4m this year and they still never touched Carr's deal to save another 4m.

They are still in the black so every move could still be made, even extending TCrawford for 45m

You need to go to Philly's bookkeeper and ask him how much Murray cost them this year. That's what he would have cost us too. So fix your math.

Somebody in this thread is floundering ugly and I bet he'll respond to this post.
If not- I truly don't blame him. I probably wouldn't either.

:lmao2: This is pure gold

If Murray was still with the Cowboys, I think he'd still be performing at a high level, assuming that he was healthy. Of course the absence of Romo and Dez affects everything, but our system was perfect for Murray. He made our O-line better and our O-line made him better. The Cowboys made a mistake letting Murray go. I just hope they find an answer to the problem soon.

Yet another person that sees through the SBBC bs they tried to sell us.

Bravo

Well this can't be right. We spent the money we saved on Murray even though we don't know on who.

In 2015, Murray’s base salary is $1 million and his salary cap hit is $5 million. He’s due a $3 million roster bonus. That's 8 million large that we didn't spend.

In 2016, Murray’s base salary jumps to $7 million and his salary cap hit climbs to $8 million.

In each of 2017, 2018 and 2019, Murray’s base salary is $7.5 million and his salary cap hit is $9 million. In each of those years he’s also due a $500,000 roster bonus... money we saved.

Let me think on this one.

Save a few million or win a Super Bowl.

Tough choice (for some of us)

He thinks that money is going nowhere.
Obviously. He's stated and restated it.
Dave is telling you and us that the cap money to Murray went nowhere.

Dave... you believe that money went nowhere?
It wasn't allocated to multiple other positions?

You don't think that? Then where did that money go? How far are the Cowboys under the cap as of this second? That would be good to know...

I'm sure BK will be along to correct you soon enough. But lets play your little game, who did they spend it on? To be fair that was my question to you way back in this thread, Why not just say you don't know? It would make you look so much better at this point. And maybe you should stop calling people out a bit. You might get answers thrown at you, YOU can't answer.

Nothing is guaranteed, bud. You know that. Sign Murray for that amount guarantees... that our team is paying him a ton of money, nothing else.

We were about as close to guaranteed as it gets ending last season. Then we blew it up. Brilliance.

No I didn't say that. One we are not cap strapped. But what I'm reading is that we brought in many players to save our season.
I simply asked who. Still have not received the answer.

Yeah- you bet any money on your guarantee last year?
How much you win?

There is no guarantee bud. You should know this by now, or do you not gamble?

That's your rebuttal? "BK come save me!" Just drop out of the conversation and let the people that know what they are talking about talk. You ain't calling out no one so go away.

I see where you are coming from, but I think you are oversimplifying.
That money probably went in to many decisions and many moves. Not one or two players here and there.

It was about flexibility and working deals with several players they already have and hopefully working deals with players they can get.

Is that a difficult concept?

Not at all. I want to know who is saving our season that we spent this money on. Is that a difficult concept?;)

Once again, in terms of proximity, we would have been a lot closer to that "payoff" if we had kept the band together and still added the La'els, Gregorys, and Hardys of the world. But you keep glossing.
