But Jerry is forcing him on him. I heard it here
Worked for KC
Jerry isnt hiring assistants for MM. Just an FYIReid's best QB was McNabb, who hardly equated to Rodgers.
And Reid wasn't saddled with Jerry Jones hiring his assistants for him, either.
Cant see why we wouldnt be.@Reality showing off the shiny new @cowboyszone tag
Are we implementing a new playbook tho? That's what I want to know.
I just can't imagine Mike McCarthy taking a puppet position in Dallas the first week of January when he has so many teams interested in him who have yet to hire anyone.
Doesn't make sense to me. What does make sense is he heard what he needed to hear from Jerry to believe he will have enough authority to make it work.
That is why I consider this a good hire. It changed Jerry to some degree. That was the key in this coaching change and I have every reason to believe it happened.
I know that but thought it was pretty funny on his description of the hiring. I am indifferent on it. Wasn't who I wanted but maybe a year away helped him and he is our next Andy Reid. I hope he is.That site is run by a guy from Pennsylvania. You do the math.
sure. McCarthy wants to hitch his wagon to a nobody former QB who has proven nothing in the league.Jerry isnt hiring assistants for MM. Just an FYI
Zeke caught 50 passes or more each of the last 2 years.
In the last 7 years the packers have not had a RB catch more passes than this.
Jason Garrett had the play calling duties ripped away from him years ago. Jerry hired the OC's and gave them play calling duties.
I'm not a JG fan at all. But I am not going to blame him for crap he had no control over either.
you seem infatuated with his belly...how much do you weigh?
Fixing
America's
Team
I agree. When you hire an OC and take away his ability to be an OC then you are basically done.Jason's playcalling was so bad that they had to do what they needed to do. He was lucky that they didn't can him that year. Any other NFL team would have done so immediately.
He better be careful because his last job because of outdated offense.
When you have Aaron Rodgers and your division consist of the Lions, Bears, and Vikings over the last 10 years getting to the NFC Championship game means the best QB in football only had to win 1 home game on the best January home field advantage turf in the league. The more I am reading the more open I am to this hire.
1. He has a way way way better resume than our previous coach.
Say what you will about having Rodgers. And I hear the argument.
the man won a Super Bowl and made a conference title game 4 times.
He made a conference championship game 4 freaking times in 12 years. That’s 33% of the time. And that’s INCLUDING having two seasons where he lost Rodgers.
The man is a serious upgrade over our past coach. And if he is also serious about developing a massive analytics program. That’s even better.
