He failed as a Head Coach before only lasting 4 games into his 3rd season. That will take him off of the list for several teams.

In an article I read a few weeks ago, Jimmy mentioned talking to Norv about Zeke and how they both felt that he was slightly more talented than Emmitt. I don't know why, but I got the feeling then that Norv might be interested in coming back to Dallas if the OC position was available. Norv likes the play action and would do wonders with this offense, particularly with play design.
