Is Al Harris being considered for our next DC? HC? Just wondering. The guy did alot with a ton of injuries on the back end. I feel like hes being undervalued. Would we all be ok if he was our next DC? I think I might. Could he be the next Aaron Glenn in Jerrys eyes?

my hunch is Saleh is being asked to be the new DC not HC. I think they have already found 2 guys to hire as the HC, one might be Carrol. The other is Gruden.
He can be the DC in San Francisco with his buddy Shanahan. Not sure he'd come here for that position.

If he is they should sign him. If McCarthy gets the Bears job he’ll offer Harris a job asap, and it won’t have to be a promotion, as he is no longer under contract. Jerry should get him signed.

I think Kellen is a backup plan because he’s familiar. He’s not a leader. Think this has a long way to go. Saleh is interesting but nit sure a fit.
Im the minority, and I could be very wrong, but I dont see him as a real candidate. They fired him 2 years ago as their OC. If they were so high on him that they would make him a HC, I dont see them firing him as an OC

Ya they "mutually decided to part ways", but we all know that means he was fired and they are being nice in the media about it

I kind of agree. I think Zimmer is the most realistic back up plan. If Moore doesn't work out for whatever reason, eg. he looks like a goof, and Jerry can't persuade real coaches to take him seriously, then Zimmer's our guy.

I've never been more fatigued regarding new head coaches here. I used to get excited but it's just going to be more of the same - we'll hire another Yes Man and repeat the process in 3 to 5 years after zero playoff wins. I. Can't. Wait.
