Rate the last movie you saw

Wait, so you saw TWO movies this weekend and neither was Inception? Did you have to keep a school bus worth of children occupied for the weekend or something?

Waiting to see it with a friend who was working this weekend, don't worry, I intend to see it. Been trying to avoid all the spoilers floating around here!

He was still an action hero in Kick-***, even if he was a bit wacked.

Only a bit huh? :laugh2:

I think we have different definitions of an action hero, I wouldn't consider Seth Rogan an action hero in Pineapple Express, maybe you would?

Nic Cage is terrible.

I really enjoyed 'The Weatherman' and 'Matchstick Men'. I haven't exactly been all that impressed since around that time though.

Better late then never.

Finally saw:
The Hangover- LOVED IT!! 10/10
Avatar- Not a fan of the storyline, but that it was well made. 7/10
Princess and the Frog- 9/10 Still thinking of Ray..so sad.

Only movie I've enjoyed by Nic Cage is Adaptation.

I thought they were great in college too. Recently tried to rewatch Matchstick Men, and it was meh. Same with Derailed.

Tropic Thunder - I was told it was absolutely hiliarious.

(it absolutely sucked).

Yeah I thought it sucked as well.

I think there was only one or two parts that I laughed at during the whole movie...the rest of the time I was just sitting there thinking how annoying it was watching Ben Stiller try to be funny. Guy just is not funny to me and most times other movies he has been in the other people carry him IMO.

Oh well.

I agree, though I did like him in the first Meet the Parents.

Nothing else at all? Man, I know his last decade of work has been pretty bad, but he had some decent movies out pre 2000's. I thought Raising Arizona and Leaving Las Vegas were good movies.

Yeah, I don't find Stiller particularly funny either. A lot of the time he's like that kid you knew in middle school that said stupid **** thinking it was funny and then laughed at his own jokes.

I did find Tropic Thunder funny though, mostly because of the other guys. Also, Zoolander is pretty funny. Didn't like it at first but it grew on me.

For my money, Ben's dad is much funnier than he is. :laugh2:
