Rate the last movie you saw

It's been uploaded to Usenet. Maybe I'll take a look.

Scott Pilgrim 7.5/10. I loved the style and fighting scenes, but I agree the storyline was subpar.

Brooklyns Finest - 7/10

I loved the stories but (Spoilers in white) it got ridiculous at the end w/ the death toll

The Killer Inside Me -- Most ****ed up movie ever. Seriously disturbing ****. If you're a huge Jessica Alba fan. Do not watch.

Fan of her acting or her looks? I'm not necessarily a fan of her acting but I think shes freakin hot. Still advise not to watch?

BTW you pretty much inspired me to watch this film by saying that lol.

I just saw The Last Exorcism. Pretty creepy movie. It has a slow build up but its trying to convince you that you are watching a mundane documentary, so that when the creepiness starts its more believable. Definitely a twist ending that most people seem to love or hate. I took my girlfriend and there were plenty of moments I had to reach over to comfort her, her face read "DO NOT WANT" several times. :D

By far the most annoying part of watching the movie were the other people in the crowd not shutting up so we could hear more of the creepiness on-screen.

Overall a good watch - It was worthwhile to me. But I like the "found footage" Blair Witch/Paranormal Activity type movies in general. If you liked those you will probably like this.

:laugh2:

My wife had her head buried in my shoulder for half the movie.

Men Who Stare at Goats: 3/10. Has the be the worst movie George Clooney ever made.

Planet 51 6/10 It was basically a reversed Chicken Little movie. Not all that entertaining, but good for children.

A Single Man - 8/10

I love the era and the style, so that may be what drew me into the movie more than anything else. Great job by Colin Firth, obviously, too.

The Giant Claw (1950s monster movie)

1/10, so bad it's good :laugh2:

Piranha 3-D 7/10
The Expendables 9/10

Just a heads up for those who don't know me, I go to the movies about every week and I watch 2 movies. I pay for one then sneek into another movie that has just begun. So I will post the two movies here about every month.

I walked out of the Men Who Stare at Goats half way through. I can get down with dry, out-there senses of humor, but that was atrocious.

-5/10....i should have gotten my money back.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the world

7/10.

Michael Cera can do no wrong in my eyes. I love that kid. This movie was pretty entertaining on a video game level. Well done.
