Rate the last movie you saw

Sherlock Holmes - 8/10. I'd consider giving it a 9/10, but something makes me pause. It's a REALLY good movie. Surprisingly good.

Definitely should be on everyone's list of must sees.

Pirates of the Caribbean At Worlds End 10/10

Um, well, wow. I saw it and thought about a 6.

On a Tarantino binge right now. Death Proof last night. Way over the top in a lot of aspects, but it's Quentin's version of a women's power movie. I'll give it an 8. Most gruesome car crash scene ever.

3:10 to Yuma.

Just saw this. Much better than I expected.

I think it's Christian Bale's best performance since American Psycho. Russell Crowe did very well too.

lately ive seen Star Trek and Inglorious Basterds again.

Id give Trek a solid 8, and basters a definite 9. Basterds is a serioulsy amazing film if you see it to the end.

The dialogue seemed too forced at times. The dialogue between characters was just not as good as his previous movies, with the exception of death proof...I thought he went overboard in death proof.

Brad Pitt annoyed me with his over the top silly accent and constant cheesy facial expressions.

The Inglorious Basterds crew was kind of forgettable, could have had some more individual development. You remember Aldo and the bear jew, and Stiglit(sp?) and the only reason you remember the bear jew is the baseball bat scene and Stiglit(sp?) was because he killed so many **** officers. The others...you really don't know much, if anything, about.

The acting for the Shoshana character just did not work for me, for whatever reason I just was annoyed by her acting and that is rare for me.

The best character, and acting IMO, was the **** Colonel. He also had some of the best dialogue scenes IMO. He really was far and away the best acting and most interesting character in the movie. Actually the more I think about it the more I realize that his work in the movie was so much better than the others that it made all the others rather flat...of course that is not his fault but the fault of the other actors, the director and screen play.

I don't know...I just had really high hopes as I am a WWII films fan and QT fan so it was probably never going to meet my expectations but I have to say I liked all of his other movies, except death proof, better than this one.
But to be fair, if I watch it another time or two I might change my mind.

nevermind misread

I watched the scariest movie

that was produced in 1996 (scarier than 100.00% of the "scary" movies that are out nowadays)

Haunted

pretty good although I predicted the ending about halfway through

edit: there are Kate Beckinsale boobies in a couple scenes

I finally watched it last night.

Horried, just slow, boring, awful, predictable in many areas.

Actually the only good thing were the booby shots.

Kate Beckinsale...boobies....what...when...where...who whu?!?!??!?!?!?!

It's Complicated -7/10

Maybe a 7.5, it was really funny and much better than I was expecting.

Paranormal Activity 2/10

I can't find a single positive about this movie. Not even remotely scary.

Avatar - 8.5/10

Just an awesome movie experience. I was definitely surprised by how real all of the fake stuff looked, very convincing.

I saw this with a group of friends...I was the only one not scared and quite frankly, im surprised that anyone would think it was even worthy of the theaters... 1.5/10

Zombieland-7.5/10- very solid action comedy...It has a rather basic plot, unfortunately...Many funny parts, from a teen's perspective...

Surrogates- 4/10-I thought this was a very basic movie that just took iRobot and twisted it a little...Boring and anticlimatic...Saw the ending coming from a mile away...
