What suburb of Seattle did you live in??? just kidding....correct, each year is different and we all gotta wait and see..but I place odds on this doom and gloom...
They could be a better team and win less games, but they won't be a better team and miss the playoffs.Dallas does face a more difficult scheduled on paper. The NFC East and AFC West were easily the best two divisions in football this season. Plus GB, Seattle and Atlanta. The Cowboys could be a better team and still miss the playoffs in 2017.
It's hard to say. If our D doesn't get noticeably improved, I can see it. It's a tough schedule, and I don't know if we can go another season with our offense being our defense.
Very well written- We Blew It!!!You never know from 1 year to the next.
That's why it was super important for us to take advantage of what we had this past Sunday.
Homefield against a banged up team that didn't match up very well with us. We blew it.
We don't play in the AFC East. We play in a division that is hard to be consistent in.
If we didn't make the playoffs next year I would not be shocked and it would really just be par for the course.
We just watched the 2 teams that played in the Superbowl a year ago not even make the playoffs... This league changes every year.
Learned my lesson after the 14 season. I will just take the 17 season in stride. If we have a good to great season, great. If not. well.... See how I felt in 15.All it would take is dak to have a sophomore slump and Dallas to miss on defensive players they pick up in the off season... After 2015, I'll never say the playoffs/good season are a guarantee.
I'm strongly considering cashing in on my PSL's, and making an extra 4k. That'll be 10k cash in my bank account. Not because Ive given up on this team, but more so because I want to go back to London and other places in Europe.Yep.. I expect disappointment.
For a brief brief moment this past Sunday when they showed Emmitt getting the crowd into the game and just the energy coming from the fans at the stadium it was like we were back. That was so awesome. Then it vanished and our normal Dallas Cowboy reality came right back and the disappointment of the past 20 years extended for another season.

I live in Boise Idaho, I never saw ANYONE repping the Squwaks, until I got a job at the airport a few years back....you can't even imagine how much blue and green I saw, right off the bat. Where you headed? To Seattle, oh.http://www.fieldgulls.com/2017/1/18...s-tough-schedule-prediction-free-agents-draft
Is it mean to say this dude is a clown??? Admire how this article was crafted to make his point, yet failed to apply same logic to every other team in NFL...
I would say they bask too much in modest success.I mean.. I would too..
I haven't looked at our schedule but I get pretty close to our W/L record just based on our schedule. I had us winning 11 games last year.
The problem with this franchise is let downs after big years. Something doesn't go according to plan and we just never adjust.
