I am sick and tired of hearing Murray's name around here! Good gawd...from reading some posts around here you would get the impression that Murray was the greatest running back ever!

Murray is an eagle! He is the enemy, he is ugly to me, he is a traitor to me, his commercial makes me reek, he is a nothing to me, and I hope, just like the great Emmitt Smith, when he comes back to play the Cowboys I hope some linebacker takes him out!

So, for all you Murray lovers...watch him win that Superbowl that he signed with the eagles for. He left success to go to a mess. I hope the Harlem Globetrotters slam dunk his little sister!

Murray? blea...he's gone. Screw him and the horse he rode out on!

I am not sure why they are so certain, that the RBBC of scrubs will work?

I could very well be wrong but, I seriously see it being a problem, and struggling to make the playoffs.

I am not sure how the FO or anybody isn't the least bit of concerned?

Why are they gambling this much, when they didn't have to........?

yeah, I know. RBs just arent that important, dime a dozen...no big deal. Go cheap at RB...our OL can make anybody look good.

They could of at least drafted someone;

I see that same problem happening also. I really hope they don't go into this season "hoping" that McFadden will pan out or that Williams can stay injury free for the entire season. Will be stuck with Randle being the workhorse and he is anything but that. Plus he has serious off the field issues that might affect the team.

This idea that they can get by with what they have because or oline is so good is a dangerous thought. This is a typical Jerry mindset and it has cost us almost two decades of grief and suffering. He once stated that "anyone can coach the Cowboys" and look how that.

Cowboys need to stop with the nonsense and get more bodies in to run behind this line. Its that simple.

According to some posters when Murray left to got to a trash dump the Dallas Cowboys are now irrelevant and will never ever compete in any game this season. If it was not for the great Murray last year the Cowboys would have been a 3-13 team. What pissed me off is that now Murray is going to win a SB for the eagles! Woe is me...along with other fools.

I'd love for Murray to still be a Cowboy.

But not for $8 mill a season.

And not after the age of 30.

Murray before last year was a good but oft injured back. Last year he stayed healthy and played in an incredibly efficient offense. I wouldn't bet on him staying healthy going forward due to his history, the way backs age, and the history of backs that get the amount of carries that Murray got last year. I'd like someone that we perceive as better then the guys we have. I'm at the point where I have to give the FO a lot of benefit of a doubt when they decide something personnel wise. They decided that the options that we had in the draft wasn't as good as the players we took, and for now I respect that. Would have been nice to sign someone a little better in FA, but a couple we didn't have a chance at and another couple went for more then I'd want to have paid.

Well, that's what some just don't understand. And, Murray did not understand either. He had a good thing going with this team. I hope he lasts at least this season then he will sign with the Washington. He might be smarter than I think?

I'm not.

I think there are several back who can come in here and do an acceptable job... Not a "Murray" job. But an acceptable job.

What I find odd is that people are talking about him as if he is going to the starter. I just dont see and I dont think he was brought with the intention of being the starter. I think he brought in the be a 3rd down back and I think thats something he will be very useful doing. He doesnt have the legs to carry the load.

To Randle is favorite by a mile. I think he is the only back on our roster with 1,300 yard potential

To me I think they can get by with the crew if they can get a power run to get those tough yards Randle might not be suited for. Might be Williams but I don't think thats his strength. Thats why I was disappointed we lost Rawls. Would have been perfect for that role. Dont need a star, a JAG works. Just gotta be the right JAG

Why are people talking themselves into McFadden?

I'm comfortable to wait and see how they perform before starting to panic. I think it has a lot less to do with talking ourselves into McFadden and a lot more to do with the handwringing regarding the running game without Murray and with the backs we do have on the roster.

To me I think some people are looking at the wrong. I think McFadden was brought in for a purpose, and that purpose wasn't to be the lead guy. It was to be a 3rd down guy and possible C.O.P. if he gets the juice back in his legs.

Williams to me is possible, but I think its a long shot. I think Randle is the guy they are looking as the lead guy.

I can see them possibly trading Hannah for a back. I think any HB we could get in a trade for Hannah would do just fine for what I think we need, that being a complementary power back

I look at the Raiders games from last year and I see DMC as a fit on third down but I have heard nothing from the club actually showing their hand. Given how wrong we were about the draft and RB, I am fairly confident that conventional wisdom is not accurate in this case.

I'm just going to wait and see. I can see all of them including Dunbar having success and I don't even like Dunbar.
