Most new head coaches do change the playbook!!!! It's funny that with Garrett as OC the Cowboys offense was in the top 10 every year with 1 have the 2nd ranked offense.

Why would he need to change the offensive play book when he is already the OC? They were top 10 because of one Antonio Ramiro Romo...
