And McVay even admitted he had to be talked out of punting by the players during the timeout. Come again son.
Come again son. I was discussing the difference McVay compared to Fisher made with the same team. Thanks for trying.

Skip, Shannon, Steven A none of those guys watch tape because if they did they wouldn't say some of the thing they say. On second thought maybe they would.
They can't be but that's why fans need to be more educated instead of those people you mentioned and others just coasting. It is easy to do when most don't know what's what and think these people on tv really do their jobs.

I was talking 4th and 1 you brought up. Son
Yup. And that isnt why i brought up the rams. 4th and 1 is a separate issue. Yet another mistake on Garrett because he just cant grasp situational football and never has. You're defending a guy that single handedly eliminated us from the playoffs by icing his own kicker.

Broadus said that the WR did nothing to get open. Gotta question the tape he watching.
Yeah, I don't know how it was throughout the game, but this specific play, the Texans were rushing 3, and we had help on Watt, he didn't have any reason to start scambling out of the pocket as fast he did. Dak could've easily picked them apart on that left side of the field with Gaithers and Tavon Austin... His pocket awareness is another thing that is awful, we were spoiled with Romo, it was a beautiful thing watching him feel pressure and knowning when to stay in the pocket, and then being able to escape once the pocket collapses..

Herein lies the issue.
The video above is cute and all but you have TE3 in the game running a deep post. Good lord. A faster, better player in that spot and that is a TD. Not a guy that has 1 career catch.

Michael Gallup averages the least separation in the NFL. Hurns is 3rd worst.
Gallup has been targeted 15 times but he's made only 6 catches.

Cole Beasley is the only guy getting avg separation or any respect with cushion.
He is at the league average for separation and he has been targeted 24 times catching 17 balls. Beasley's issue is the outside guys scare no one. In 2016 Beasley absolutely ate because teams feared Dez and Witten.

The only Cowboy getting solid separation is Swain and thus he is getting plays, targets and making catches.

Compare and contrast these guys with a rookie 4th rounder: Keke Coutee. He not only showed better hands than what we have he also consistently got open. He missed all camp and has only played 2 games... but he averages 4.3 yards of separation and has made 17 catches already on 22 attempts. He's played 2 games and HOU has 2 wins... those games.

Dak is very mediocre but boy he sure could use some actual help.

He's actually talking about Rico Gathers in the middle of the field, should be a walk in TD if Dak had any anticipation or understanding of coverages

The safety was cheating over that way. Better to stare down Rico then drop that ball into Austin's lap for an easy touchdown.

Ab 2.8
Deonte Thompson 2.4
Julio 2.3
Hopkins 2.2

Like most of us have said , If we started Ab , Julio and Hopkins based on your reasoning . All would be JAGS

just stop defending the obvious , Dak blows

2.5 is average.
Those players face double teams and still catch the ball when doubled in tight coverage.

Name the Cowboys who does that?

What blows is your common sense.

Ummm. Yeah, he iced dan bailey against arizona with a trip to the playoffs on the line we lost. Next week we ended up losing and being eliminated.

It was the safety alone against two guys deep, widely separate. He should have had no chance.

At 5 Dak clearly looks left but doesn't take it.

Again ignorance, he was told by his SPECIAL TEAMS COACH TO GET A TIMEOUT. The Sp. Tms. Coach didn't like what he saw. It's been talk about plenty....lol again ignorance.
Also, how many times did Bailey get iced by other coaches? None.

Yeah, and as a HC if thats what he is should have overruled him. Ignorance is supporting a guy with 2 playoff wins in 8 years with the amount of talent he had.
