The "X factor" needs to be a dominant player, and he can't be if he doesn't get the rock 15-20 times a game, not including passes.

No right now they are trying to make Barber the X factor. Last year Barber got something like 60% of the touches in the offense, a combination of runs and check downs. Somebody, I think it was Dallaseast took the time and made up a real nice pie chart...

He makes them respect both edges.

Ogletree, Austin, and Felix need to get the ball in space way more than they have. Those are the top three home run hitters on the team. Move em around, put em in the slot, quick release, hit em in the flats, screens, etc...
