Because he wasn't affraid to run. Its a lot easier to say your going to contain Vick than actually doing it when he decides to take off.
The kid went into Green Bay and I believe was the 1st person to ever take down Green Bay in Lambeau in the playoffs.
If Vick will get back to what he does best and what got him in the league then the Falcons will be better off.
If Vick wants to be a passer then theyd be better off with Bledsoe because Vick just isnt accurate at all.
Personally I wouldn't want Vick on my team because even when he's doing what he does best I still dont think thats the way you win championships in this league.
please...Vick had almost nothing to do with that win GB...Favre had a bunch of turnovers and Vick barely had a 100 yds passing (virtually the same thing happened in his other playoff win, he had almost no impact as a passerr)
unless Vick becomes a better passer he will never win in this league again...defenses can take away one dimensional players...you can go right after him with 8 or 9 in the box and the guy has little he can do to avoid it because he cant make teams pay with his arm
