I think this would be a disaster of epic proportions.

But honestly, I'd take Deion over Rivera, or Zimmer honestly. They will produce more of the same, and I'm not interested in that. Deion is a wild card. Nobody can predict with certainty how he'd fare as an NFL HC. He'll probably flame out, but he could surprise everyone.
his potential staff would be REALLY important.
considering how zimmer has helped him since he got into coaching...i bet zimm is back as his dc.
have no idea about oc.
IF this happens.

Except if they wanted him back which multiple places have said and Mike wouldn’t come back because of the terms of the deal- than this isn’t some master plan by the joneses to go after Deion
I don't think it was a master plan I think they simply didn't want him. Why on earth would they set him up to fail?

If they hire Deion as head coach, it would just prove how absolutely stupid this front office has become.
It would be an epic disaster and the NFL should pull their ownership from a clearly befudled Jones.
And I aint kidding !

Because Jerry has said and believes that people produce their best when their backs are against the wall. They also grossly over estimated the team and didn’t think they were sabotaging this season

I do not believe that prime would be successful in Dallas. There just are not enough microphones to go around and Jerral won't allow anyone else to be the face and voice of the Cowboys. No way Prime allows his thunder to be stolen.
Hmmmm.....I'm pretty torn. People need to realize this about Deion turning around Colorado....He's not the guy responsible for the X's and O's. But to his credit.....He has put together one hell of a staff of former NFL players....and they have passed on their knowledge to the kids.

How would that translate to the NFL?????

Deion's staff is triple the size of what McCarthy had here.....So it would be interesting to see if Jerry would go along with that much "coaching"

Which is crazy because the is no salary cap or roster number on the amount of coaches you have or how much you pay them.

Prime as a candidate, a slumping team and the coaching vacancy talk sparks another question-- at this point, what do the Cowboys have to lose?
