You people would moan and complain no matter who Jerry was to hire.

Why pretend your complaining is about Dion.

pat shurmur is prime's off.coord. at colorado.
wonder if that's who he would want here.
gonna be interesting...IF it happens.
I could see that. Shurmur has plenty NFL experience and has been an NFL head coach, which Jerry would like.

Deion ain't coming unless he is Coaching his son.
He has little reason to stay at Colorado with both of his sons heading to the NFL. And he may not can get one of them, but he can get the other. ... Our first-round pick, Shilo Sanders.

"To hear from Jerry Jones is truly delightful, and it’s intriguing,” Deion Sanders told ESPN on Monday night. “I love Jerry and believe in Jerry. After you hang up, and process it, and think about it, it’s intriguing. But I love Boulder and everything there is about our team, the coaches, our student body and the community.”

Prime is one of a handful of coaches who could do things his way in Dallas. There is mutual respect and genuine friendship between Jerry and Deion, and Prime is evidently interested. I'm warming to the idea.

There is absolutely zero evidence that Deion has any level of tactical acumen as a HC.

Deion has been fairly successful wherever he's coached. He turned two collegiate programs around in the right direction as an head coach. Will it translate at the NFL level?? Who knows.

But he is more intelligent than Kellen Moore just from the mindset of how football is supposed to be played AND coached.

Kellen Moore has just learned how to stick to doing what the opposing defenses can't stop. KM didn't have basic common sense when it came to "in game" and "situational football" adjustments. Deion has shown that his football awareness as a coach is on point.

If a team couldn't stop his running game, he kept running the damn ball. Until this season with the Eagles, Kellen Moore would abandon a successful running game and start calling pass plays and trick plays on short yardage situations.... in which his running backs were averaging 5, 6 yards a carry. That's not high football IQ.

I’m down with this move if Jerry is forced to wear a pair of the gold glasses and a big gold chain with golden dollar signs.

Also hire Gordon Keith to handle all press conferences and media interactions as “Fake Jerruh.” Takes 30 minutes of fan phone calls every week. “We sending the homies deep EVERA DOWN!!”

Notice Deion didnt say "no"............................this thing might actually have some legs to it.

While I am not exactly getting a woody over this, if the choices are Deion, Zimmer, and Kellen Moore...................well, I guess I would have to take Deion.
