How many times has it been reported on here that he's applied for reinstatement??
Exactly. Like I said, even with the new CBA it's silly for us to rely on this guy.

He's had his chances, made multiple promises, and has failed every time for us.

So much wasted potential.

It's like Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown every time he goes to kick it.

It'd be nice if he finally got it together but I'm not counting on it.

It’s been reported multiple times he “plans to apply.” It has never been reported, besides today, that he has officially applied.

Agree 100%, I said the same thing months ago, people act like missing literally years of NFL play means nothing, and that he got a sack every other play he was in on.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if he returns and is a top pass rusher, Cowboys sure need a better outside rush....

Why should he have to apply?
All weed related suspensions should be automatically lifted.

It should solely between Gregory and the Cowboys now.
Lawyers make things unnecessarily difficult... lol/smh

If he can get into shape, he's an upgrade over Quinn, imo.
Maybe not sack totals, but he's a better player overall, I believe.

It would be beautifully awkward if he were to win the
2020 Comeback Player of the Year... lol
(I know, I know. They'll never consider it. Just let me have this moment... lol)

Imagine he broke the sack record. The looks on their faces when they have to give him Defensive Player of the Year.

That is my question, too. Since the policy has changed, why is re-enstatement by the commissioner necessary?

He did apply. Did you read the thread?......I’ll cut you some slick though because they should change the thread title. It was reported by Todd Archer about 30 mins ago they he had officially applied.

yay! Good Randy! I've been supporting him. The only outstanding issue to me was if he was ever going to get the reinstatement application done. I figured a week or two after the CBA, should be enough time, and getting it in quickly would show a commitment to getting back to working with the team ASAP.

And thanks.

No, I didn't read the thread, I read the article.
