We know whatever is said in the media by this team is 99 percent crap.
That's why I believe its 50/50 if Dak remains here....gotta throw logic out the door when guessing which it will be.

If Daks contract lives in people's heads it's should only because his contract will determine what changes can be made here.......even Josh Allen's cap hit had something to do with them shedding key defensive players.....it's just the way it works.

I will patiently with for 2025 and what that brings

Being all in on resigning Dak means they are also all in on maintaining their mediocre status. Great time to be a fan....
Just gives me more reason to cheer against the team for making dumb decisions.

Before you Debby downers and anti Dakkers get yall panties in a wad I don’t think this confirms anything we didn’t know. He still doesn’t have a deal…..until then you guys keep hope alive. There’s still a cheese your prayers will be answered. And who knows maybe Dak will be for one who leaves?
I think Jerry needs to go back and look at the tape of the last 3 playoff games and remember how it feels watching Dak flounder not knowing where to go with the ball and his deer in the headlights look. And remember how he felt at the end of the game looking like a fool watching his own team get curb stomped.

Jerry isn’t going to say anything in public to upset Dak.

But Jerry holds a grudge. (Ask Jimmy.)

And Dak emptied the stadium in the 3rd qtr.

Jerry’s stadium.

Man-crying + humiliation
I'm not sure if Jerry has just cause to hold a grudge against Dak -- not nearly as much as his agent, at least. I guess we'll see, soon enough.
I wasn't aware that the stadium emptied out in the 3rd quarter, though. Is that really what happened vs. Green Bay? Fans are fickle.

Sounds about right! Let's just hope Jerry feels that humiliation still. They have Dak for one more season regardless so your right Jerry may not want Dak to know what he's thinking so why not sound interested in keeping him knowing well and good that he isn't worth keeping. Dak the face of the franchise is looking more and more like
Alfred E. Neuman.

Lance is Daks replacement.

Everyone knows.
Not everyone knows, but everyone is likely willing to find out -- myself included.

We'll soon find out whether Lance is actually for real or not.

I also wonder how Hohensee is doing . . . ;)

What would make Jerry cry quicker than quick is if the goose that lays his golden eggs quacks for the last time. That'd hit him hard, for sure!

Sure Jerry doesn't want him to hit free agency, but that doesn't mean he won't let it happen. Logic 101.

Dak humiliated Jerry.

Why would Jerry give Dak more mega millions?

A fluke? The cowboys didn’t even belong in the same field as them.

The cowboys are 2-5 in the playoffs since Dak became the QB.

He’s had a top ten defense in 3 of those games and lost 2 of them.

This teams culture, mental makeup, are soft. It comes from Jerry all the way down. It wasn’t a fluke. It’s what happens to the cowboys because they don’t think they need to show up and play games. They’ve already won.
When have they ever lost to a team they should’ve beat? They rarely lose to teams worse than them. It was a fluke to me. Packers aren’t the bar San Fran is.

In order for Jerry to do that he would need to self evaluate and watch tape of the last 30 years….

What’s so special about playing in Dallas? What am I missing?
They're you go again. Moving the goalposts. You said "all things point to Dak being the one who hasn't signed with them". I bolded the "all things" and asked you, "like what?".

What are all these things that point to it being Dak that is not interested in a new contract in Dallas?

It's a simple and fair question in response to your statement.
