Do a little research. Start by reading Boys will be Boys. Deion is pretty scummy as a person. Here is an excerpt.

"I still remember Deion's first team meeting," says Clayton Holmes, the veteran cornerback. "We were so fundamental about film. The way we studied it was critical. Well, Deion comes in, puts his feet up on a table and doesn't even watch." When Dave Campo, the Cowboys new defensive coordinator, asked the $35 million man to break down a play, Sanders let out a sly laugh. "Hey, Coach," he said, pointing toward the screen, "I got that dude right there. Wherever he goes I go. All that Cover Two stuff you're talking about -- y'all work that out."

He was not noted for his film study and participation in team meetings while in Dallas. Deion is about Deion.
He's total trash and always has been..Has anyone really paid attention to the element he has brought to Colorado? It's really kind of a trashy element.

For every Clayton Holmes, that can be dismissed by several HOF, teammates, opponents. A Clayton Holmes moment and now the castigation?

As for the coaching.....he has taken a Colorada team stuck in the sewer for years, and looking like our team, into a bowl eligible team in 2 years.
As for coaching....many HCs do the same as Prime......manage the program. Nick Saban, Kirby Smart....the same way. Dabo?.....Day?....Dan Lanning?.......all have staff.
As for coaching.....Matt Rhule?.....Bobby Petrino?.....Mack Brown?......Guz Malzan,....Brent Venables?.....light their programs up now or in the past?

Don't expect Prime to be Cowboys HC, he doesn't want the job and has said so...........no need to start the trash campaign......Trash Jerry.

I quit listening to Rex Ryan long ago and see no reason to return now. An over-inflated ego outweighs his lame opinions, imho.
Listening to him can be quite costly, for those who aren't dutifully careful -- beware of the likely results.

I think Deion is a hell of a coach and connector, but I dont think he's got the patience for the..lets just call it 25+ crowd.
He’s ultra-sensitive. He wouldn’t last long in certain places. Philly or NY would crush him.

Rex is as moronic as the rest of his family.
They just have big mouths
If Jerry brings in the Sanders duo, that might be the last straw for me.

Deion Sanders would be an excellent hire when it comes to installing discipline and changing the culture of this team.
IMO He will be a flashy version of Jimmy........(not a big X and O guy) with culture, discipline and leadership. Kinda the Dan Campbell mode......BUT you can multiply the Cowboy's media coverage x 100. (LOL)

I don't follow college ball so I cannot really express an opinion on both the Deion gent's Dad and his son the QB.
But this is a move that has Jerry written all over it and due to the QB rookie contract is a non-cap issue for us as that Dak money is a heavy load indeed.
We just might end up with the highest-paid back-QB in the NFL at some point cause Dak is DONE either way you look at his future.
As a coach how worse can Deion be than what we have already and at least he will bring back Cowboy respect and is a winner?

I’m thinking his son, at quarterback is more likely
I sure hope not. I think we could draft BPA in the top 5 and still trade back into the late first round and get Jaxson Dart out of ole miss. That guy has more upside to me and we can develop him for a couple years.

This is such a bad idea, and drafting his son Shedeur would make it 1000 times worse. Imagine father and son on the same team and the father sucks as a HC and you have to fire him while his son is the starting QB? Or worse, the son sucks at QB and the father has to make the decision to bench him? The answer is no, no and hell no.

I am not a fan of Shedeur in the first place. I think he is overrated because of who his dad is.
