Ah...had to slip in a brain dead jab at Romo, I see.
Yeah, he's such a loser.

Good grief

It's more true than a "jab"

Stats don't mean anything unless you either lead your team to SB win or play big in big games.

My post is not a "jab" either ... It is the current reality of his career thus far.

What's worse is Gruden leaving him in for so long, then saying this after the concussion, "We weren't doing that well on offense. I wanted to try to get something going on offense. Comedy Gold:muttley:

The guy(Gruden) is in a tough spot. He's gotta see production from RGIII... He has to start him because he is the golden child... Not even looking like bronze right now....

You gotta leave him in there. When the heck is he supposed to learn how to read defenses and learn how to be an nfl QB? During regular season??

Ya sorry, It wasn't meant that way and I see how it was misconstrued. I am nothing but supportive of Romo. It was meant to be an example of a double standard of how other teams fans think highly of their team's QB for putting up good statistics despite not winning a SB, yet do nothing but put Romo down for the same. Hence why I said "everyone that isn't a Cowboys' fan".

For example they put down Romo for not winning anything "important' (whatever that is) despite his .609 winning percentage yet at the same time defend Griffin and his .400 because of his "personal" stats.

Was a badly worded, but too late to change. Dam you why couldn't you have replied within 20 minutes so I could have seen that error and corrected it.:p

sorry...I get defensive on that particular topic sometimes

His line was terrible last night and, even worse, he still seems to have no feel for the pocket at all. At this point I don't see how he can suddenly gain pocket awareness before David Carr syndrome kicks in. They need to see if Cousins has anything to offer.

Anyway, Washington fans what's your opinion on Bill Calahan?

I like what I heard about how he was teaching them and working with them after practice during training camp. I have no idea what the heck happened last night. I wish I was able to see what his reaction to that was. He didn't exactly inherit The Hogs here, so I'm more than willing to give him time to turn it around.

That's what makes the Skins QB situation so amusing. Skins fans have consistently put down Romo and acted like he is scrub, much less something less than a top tier QB, yet over the past five years he is in the top 5-8 of nearly every meaningful QB stat....Rating, QBR, YDS/ATT, Comp %, TD/ATT, TD:INT ratio, 4th Quarter QB Rating, When trailing in the 4th Quarter ratings, even his worst stat INT/ATT is top 11...He holds nearly every single team QB record with two HOF QBs...all this from an UDFA QB. Whereas the Commanders have a second overall pick that costs three 1st round and one 2nd pick that by all accounts is not a franchise QB and struggles to do even the basics of the position. Yet skins fans somehow have the gall to trash Romo. I saw skins fans making fun of Romo for saying he can make 5 reads in 1.3 seconds despite RGIII being unable to make all of his reads even with 5 seconds not to mention he can't even read a defense. It's beyond ignorant.

As of the anointing of RGIII .... Skins fans can't even come to the table for a discussion about Romo.
They have no chips!
