Who is saying rioting is OK? There is no excuse for that either. I don't trust the police and their "sources". I have good reason not to. It may end up being accurate. It might not be. I don't take the word of police who have history of unethical behavior nor the emotional victims.

When it turns out they are wrong they never apologize and just point to some other case

Like I said, no one is interested in the truth.....people want to rage and they are being used by groups with political motives well beyond young black males and their plight...why is it the Occupiers, Anonymous, the Communists and Anarchists all show up to these riots.....the professionals agitators and race baiters are pulling the strings and inciting violence and chaos

So why are they rioting the last two nights...they can just say "sorry my bad" I guess to all the cops injured and the businesses and property destroyed

Their is a certain segment of the population that just wants to rage at the police and will use any reason to do it......they see other cities doing it on TV and they think that looks cool.... the facts and the movement have nothing to do with it

Ferguson was all based on lies..........Hands Up Don't Shoot never happened....... Mike Brown was a criminal that charged and assaulted a cop......most of these martyr stories have fallen apart later.....if they wait for the facts their will no reason to protest and riot

When has the CMPD ever been accused of unethical behavior? They charged their own officer for shooting an unarmed black man within hours of the shooting 2 years ago. This is not a department that is out to kill anyone.

And shut down a major interstate and take boxes out of a tractor trailer and set them on fire. This stuff is just crazy.

This works both ways.

Cops are put on trial in every Dept.......after every shooting they are put on the shelf until the shooting is verified......I don't see a lot of people excusing bad shootings.......Rudy Guliani said he put 70 cops in jail while he was Mayor......justice being served doesn't get the media attention but it happens

Very true. Because it usually takes years to have a trial. Even with speedy trial motions you are talking 3-5 years and people just forget in this 24/7 news cycle.

No one is excusing bad shootings but I also know that police shootings are not going to stop....I am not blaming anyone but it comes with the job.......as long as cops have to make split second life and death decisions a few mistakes will be made.......to demand a complete end is unrealistic and a very childish view of the real world......100x more young black will die if the police stopped responding to crime calls and that is the only way to stop all police shootings.......calling for non-lethal responses to deadly criminals means more cops will be killed in the line of duty....Chicago's 3600 shootings this year is an example of the police allowing the criminals free reign
