The Cowboys have very few character issue players now and they're not dependent on the ones they do have.

Gregory
RoMc if Jerry hangs on to that nightmare.

Whats up with you're recent Dez hate?
Even if it is only half true that he missed upwards of 40 team meetings - as has been reported - that qualifies as character issues...at least to me. He's a vet who should be setting the tone for our rookies. Reading these reports of him being enabled by Jerry is quite disturbing to be honest.

"I made this decision on the first day of OTAs, and then we did it again at training camp and we did it again every day since then,'' Bryant tells me, the intensity of what he is about to tell me causing his eyes to widen. "No hazing. No freezing-out. None of that ********. On the first day when they got here, I told Dak (Prescott) and Zeke (Ezekiel Elliott), 'Y'all not just rookies. You're players. Dallas Cowboys players. As important as me. As important as anybody.

"Family.''

there you go. tone set for rookies. glad we got that out of the way.

Trying to figure out how Dez has character issues. The guy stands on the sideline rooting for his team, goes in, doesn't complain about not getting the ball, yet he has character issues? Okay
At this point it's not even worth arguing. The team, the coach and the management have made it clear the type of person he is and how they feel about him. These are people who spend hours upon hours with the man year after year. I'll take their opinion in slightly higher regard over fans who take issue with him for whatever reason.

If you somehow managed to think this guy is Terrell Owens I think you should watch this video.
Dez Bryant is not Terrell Owens. Anyone stating both are the same type of individual are doing so from a wide ranging generalization--kinda like saying a chicken is just like a cow. What's the tie-in? They're both mammals. See? The same.

Well...

You actually have people on this forum that can't separate entertainment and reality so when a guy like Skip Bayless says these things you have a group of people that actually buy into it.

I like Skip Bayless and enjoy watching all the debates on ESPN but my gosh it's just entertainment and a lot of the time it's not even close to the reality of the situation at all.

Dez is a cool dude and a great teammate as far as im concerned.

Did he have a good game against Cleveland? No

Was he being selfish, crying for the ball more, and campaigning for Tony Romo??? Absolutely NOT!
