Oops, didn't mean to make the font size bigger there. I wasn't yelling :)

I'm not a glutton for punishment.

Tell me again how he's making a lot of people look stupid with a few positive reports out of practice.

Because people were apoplectic about us giving up assets for him.

If you didn't see this move as an extremely astute one...as soon as the details came out...well...that was stupid.

When Quincy Carter beat SF in his rookie year he fooled me. I can admit it. I hope I never said that he would go to the pro bowl but there it is just the same.

I actually think that Quincy could've been successful, sans drugs. Maybe not probowler, but good bus driver. The fact that Parcells could take a team to the playoffs with him at the helm and Troy Hambrick as his running mate, literally two of the biggest heels in the franchises recent memory, is astonishing. Sure there was an easy schedule and some good bounces, but seriously. Troy Hambrick and Quincy Carter. We had Tony Romo and Demarcus Ware couldn't even break .500

Having a top defense keeps you in a lot of games. But you're right. It was a great job of coaching that season.

Your post takes me back to the old DMN Forum days when there would be lively discussions between Hostile and other posters concerning Quincy and Antonio Bryant and their collusion/conspiracy.

I seriously don't give a damn about this guy's problems because we NEED him to pan out, if only for this season. The defense keeps getting hit, and we need all hands on deck in order to compete this season. I'll never understand the people who wish failure on this guy when we need to him to contribute since he's unfortunately our most talented player on the front 7 next to Melton.
