Romo was sharp tonight throwing 2 TD's. On that 2nd TD you can't give a QB of Romo's caliber that much time and not expect to get burned. That's the mark of a great QB. Making it look easy. Really liked what I saw from McFadden as well. He was quick to the hole and showed excellent acceleration. All those who poo poo'ed the Cowboys running game have egg on their face.

First team offense and first defense looked good. That plus no significant injuries = mission accomplished.

Now someone should fix special teams.

Was at the game and the Patterson return took the wind out of the stadium sails! Awful ST's. I hope we get this cleaned up as Philly ST's are there best overall unit IMO.

I thought the first team offense looked alright. The Line had a sorta average night. Romo was fine and made the most of what he had. The backs got pretty much what was blocked for them, which means McFadden had a better night because he got a few more holes. Still can't wait to see the full 1st team offense, as I think it will still be something special.

Thought the defense looked good for the first two strings, all that really matters.

I'm wondering if this was the game that Whitehead was shown you're dispensable by having Dunbar and Beasley back there. I thought Whitehead looked pretty good over all on his returns. I'm scared to see Beasley back on punts because I don't want to lose him for the offense.

I was down on McFadden and dumped on him, but from what I seen, the guy has a lot of speed. He impressed me with how he ran out there. My concern with him still is that he is injury prone and if he can remain upright against a physical team. With that said, I can see him getting some huge runs with his sheer speed.

I liked what I saw from Gachkar on defense, along with T. Williams and McFadden on offense tonight. Dustin Vaughan looks like he doesn't belong on this team (or any other for that matter.) Here's hoping our special teams makes a quantum leap in their improvement before the regular season begins. They're just plain lousy. Hopefully, it's merely a repeat of our yearly swoon with them before they finally straighten out.

Yeah #10 looked lost. Instead of improving from year 1 to year 2 he's regressed.

Actually, the mistakes we made didn't really come from his replacement (Bernadeau). Starting linemen were responsible for them.

Couldn't agree more.

Vaughan just hasn't showed anything. I would hate to give up on talent too early but i haven't seen anything to justify a roster spot.

All you have to do is watch hiw McFadden handled his carries. He hit the holes that the oline created. Game planning or not, he did his job. He looked good. Sorry to disappoint you.

He is known for his speed. That is nothing new. I'll wait until he has to get thru a couple of defenders and pick up the tough yards.

Seems like they were just going through the motions. Obviously, Garrett isn't scaring them into actually trying. At any rate, it's clearly obvious this offensive line doesn't possess anything resembling desire in the preseason.

T. Will looks like he is ready to break out.
