Didn't Wolverine's full skeletal frame get replaced by metal?

yes, adamantium....but, the reason he was able to live through the process, was because of his extraordinary healing ability. If I am not mistaken, he actually died during the process, but a few moments later, his body revived itself. If I am not mistaken, Sabertooth has the same healing ability.

Romo is a special player and is tough as a single mother single-handedly raising 5 kids, but he would not be able to handle the adamantium infusion. It would kill him.

lol, so rage = evil. Pretty sure the rebels had heated passion (or so called rage) when fighting against the Galactic Empire. Not just Luke.

Obi-Wan didn't handle it too well when Darth Maul offed Qui-gon. Obi-Wan attacked with some rage and then lost focus and almost lost the fight. But back to Luke. It's pretty clear that the Skywalker family needs therapy. You got dad trying to kill son, son trying to redeem dad and sister making out with twin brother and leading a ongoing galactic assault against her father's employer. Just a hot mess of a family.

But if we're only going to use the movies as canon then I think Luke was tempted by the dark side and had that moment of "point of no return" and made the decision to stay on the light side. But is he still there? I don't know. The new movie, which was awesome, leaves a lot of things to be interpreted. I don't want to say too much cuz I don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

But as a Cowboy fan I have 2 points to make. Romo should get the surgery, my nephew got it and his clavicle is fine and stronger then ever. He plays high school football and broke his clavicle in 2 spots on a freak play were he landed wrong on it. They did immediate surgery and put a metal plate in it and he had very little pain during the recovery process and never had a problem with it since. The second point is go see Star Wars, it really helps heal the pain of this horrible season.

Only one fracture this year.
The second one doesn't count - wasn't healed yet.

thats not what orthopedic surgeons at my hospital seem to think. And not what MDs who were on Mike/Mike show in NY. All consider each event a weakening of bone structure that will have cumulative effect. If Romo goes into next season with just 'natural healing' he is a goner. Dallas will need to make serious commitment at QB in draft or FA.

Respectfully, that's BS.

Fractures result in thickening of the bone at the site in question. Healing by side-to-side contact in bayonet apposition takes longer, and can easily rebreak before full union is achieved.

We have lots of actual problems to worry about, like FS, CB, 1-tech, RT, WR, and backup QB.

This. If it was possible, I shoot up the site with super-rich calcium, gorilla glue and a super strong epoxy-resin compound. :D

How about not landing on that side of the collarbone that you break over and over Tony.

[make pre-snap read... call out adjustment... collect slight errant snap... looking past rush for open receiver... defensive end bearing down on me from my right... damn, he slipped the block of my running back... he's in my grill... must rotate my shoulders 180 degrees to stay off bad collarbone... DAMN - NOT AGAIN!]

I like that...... gorilla glue should work.

Seriously, stem cell research hasn't yielded much improvement on routine fractures. The body will fix it, given positioning and time.

What ever his doctor thinks is best, everyone can speculate only 1 knows how the bone is healing and has treated Romo in the past. I highly doubt he comes to this site
