Brian Brohm looks like a better QB to me IMHO

everyone has a bad game, you cant be perfect all year. Smith lit up Texas who has a much better defense IMHO than Penn state. Maybe Quinn could too, i'm defitenely not taking anything away from Quinn he's also a great QB.

Did you actually WATCH the Texas vs tOSU game?

Granted Troy Smith played pretty good, but Brandon Foster let Troy Smith have a field day because he left his man wide open on EVERY PLAY.

its a little early to decide who is better, but right now alot of QB's have put up better numbers than Smith has...other than Texas, OSU hasnt played anybody yet

Bucs have a real nice looking rookie QB and he fits Grudens offensive scheme alot better than Simms. They will not trade for a starting QB. Back up maybe. In any case, Gradcowski may take a while to mature, but he's gonna be a good one.

Granted Troy Smith played pretty good, but Brandon Foster let Troy Smith have a field day because he left his man wide open on EVERY PLAY.

yes i watched the entire game and i saw Troy Smith making the right decisions by not forcing anything and making the audible when he saw a coverage that he liked and then making the throw. the Texas D granted did make mistakes but every defense makes mistakes when they allow a offense to go off like they do.

its early in the season, you could say the same thing about a lot of other QB's who have put up great #'s.

Forgot to add that the game was at Texas who is very tough to beat at home

Yep ... and while Quinn had his bad day against Michigan (as did the entire team) ... he still accounted for all 21 of ND's points.

My primary point is ... when Quinn has a bad day, it's blown WAY out of proportion. I mean, I haven't seen several negative threads regarding Troy Smith after his lackluster performance.

i'm not talking about who is going to be a better pro. i'm talking about who is the best right now in College football. I agree with u, i think Brohm will be a very good NFL QB. at least he has the qualities to potentially be a very good pro but i guess u never know

hey i have nothing against Quinn and dont think he's deserved the criticism he has gotten. he's not been bad at all so far this year
