I love Romo more than most and as much as anyone, but every great player is eventually replaced. I'm not saying this year is the time for that to happen, but it's a conversation we can't be afraid to have.

Romo in the post season completes over 60% of his passes, 8-2 TD to INT and has a QB rating of 93. It takes more than just a great QB to win those games. Tony has done his job, for the most part.

247 touchdown passes. Fantastic. What a STAT!! And how many Conference Championships has he Won...remind me of how many SB 's those touchdown passes were thrown in....oh, thats right NONE.
