Speaking of know it all, love how you tossed in what ya do for a living PLUS decided in your own opinion of our the new guys are going to react WITHOUT knowing how the guys are going to react. You dont know what the OL is going to do because we dont know what HH will do with them. You are hoping like a fan what will happen, but concrete evidence is called that because when reality hits, well it just hurts.

We dont know which player is going to do what and we dont know what how the rookies will handle the NFL pressure. The game is a big gap from college and we are hoping this plan pans out, but like most of the older plans, it just might fall flat on its face.

And being 30 or even 30 plus isnt old and WE as people NOT dogs, can still learn. But there is way more to the game than just learning and we're going to have to see who has technique and the guts to play at this level. And frankly even with a youth movement its more productive to have your Oline men around 30 than it is say the RB.

I know you never kissed the girl, not the one you wanted, notwithstanding kissing the one you HAD to settle for. I know you were never celebrated academically, athletically, or career wise.

I really doubt you can count five people that even noticed you after you left any room. Your type will always be a hater; you will always taste the lemon in lemonade instead of relishing in the sweetness of the liquid goodness of lemonade. I am pretty sure you were in the group of fans that said we were too young in 1992. You probably barked that sentiment all the way to the super bowl.

Thanks bro. Having the highest profile talent doesn’t mean much when that talent is not focused and motivated. My old timer is exceptionally bright but he is very stubborn, hence the reason he was assigned to my group until he retires.

I feel you. When people row in different directions or says screw it because of entitlement and does not row at all, makes it difficult for the entire team.

Besides, being a good player, Kosier has been a good soldier throughout. He is clearly an old dog that is willing and able to learn new tricks. Speaking of soldiers, there is a reason why the military does not actively recruit from older demographics; they are too hard to control and too set in their ways to conform. The entire post was great but this bolded line is absolutely true for any group of people who need to work together. I've played on teams, been in corporate management, been a leader in churches, and raised a family and it is true for each and every one of those endeavors.

It is so true, that the collected strength of the committed outweighs the strengths of a collection of individuals. You hit the nail on the head with far fewer words, whether it is family, social events, or any task that requires more than one person to accomplish, being in sync is often the differential that decides success or failure.
