Romo or Dez?

True enough but I'd definitely rather see something like 8-8 as opposed to something like 5-11. Is either enough? Sadly, no.

I don't know if I can take another 8-8 season and out of the top 10 in the first round of the draft. 8-8 is more hell to me than 5-11. At least with 5-11, you know your season is done. 8-8 you kinda hang on with a glimmer of hope and then it gets immediately dashed with this team. It was nice after that 6-10 season to get a top 10 pick with our first pick and to know we have a pro bowler for at least a decade.

You've just proven there's more than one way to look at it. My feeling is that I'd much rather enjoy 8 wins than suffer thru 11 losses.
