Dak brought us back to tie the game. The OL and wrs are garbage
We never should have been in this situation to begin with. Dak just can not see the open receivers and when he does he doesn't have the touch to lay it in there often enough. We he lost Romo on the sideline after 2016 he has never been the same. Not sure he will be.

Romo the announcer is making people forget about the reality of Romo the player. Kind of like how Gruden the announcer made people forget about the reality of Gruden the coach.

Listening to Romo broadcast the games has some of you thinking he was a can-do-no-wrong football savant, as if games like the 24-point blown lead to Detroit where he threw three INT's in the second half never happened.

Can you imagine the reaction here if Dak did that?

Romo had 2 very bad defenses in 2012 & 13. But other than that we had decent teams. Same as Dak. I don't believe dak should get a big extension with his play this year.
I did a brief glance, cause i am not looking at every team to add/subtract from their points totals, and it looks like there were around 30 special teams touchdowns and almost 90 defensive touchdowns in 2008, that is 4 a team, so 5 isn't anything crazy.

Laurent Robinson, Patrick Crayton, Miles Austin and a bunch of other mediocre WRs say hello.
Any receivers playing opposite TO would have decent yardage. Only one you can credit Romo with is Miles. And most of Miles’ yards were AFTER THE CATCH.

LOL, ok sure.

BTW, YAC happens when you can hit a WR in stride. Something Dak is not actually particularly good at...

But you keep the fantasy going, one day Dak is going to be a *real* QB! If only that OLine can give him 9 seconds to throw instead of 6!

But he’s not. Deal with it or take your tobacco chewing *** to another team.

I am dealing with it. By calling out his below average qbing. Meanwhile keep making excuses for your nephew. I figure yall gotta be family the way you are caping for him while anyone with eyes can see how sorry he is. And I def dont chew tobacco soooo

Don’t be silly. Breaking tackles allows for YAC as well. At a much higher rate than your magical “throwing a receiver open” bs.

This is the type of game I wanted to see. Does Dak trust his arm and do the coaches trust him to throw it. While I enjoyed Dak using his feet to extend plays, Romo goes ahead and points out (two times before our final drive) what was open if Dak decides to pass instead of run. Well this game goes to show th difference between a QB who looks to use his legs and one that uses their arm to win games.

Now Everybody cried when he didn't run 2 weeks ago...lol

So your theory is that Tony Romo is has the record for the most passing yards in Cowboys history because TO could break tackles. And that's it.

Fascinating. Remind me to ignore subscribing to your newsletter.

The dude had near 300 yards passing how anyone can blame Dak is baffling.
Two fumbles, 1 costing us 7 points, because he is unable make decisions fast enough and continues to miss guys who are coming wide open. This isn't even mentioning the throws he simply misses on which occurs all to often. Even a screen pass to Zeke is a challeging throw for him.
