Can I just say this...

He's in Mexico which is like driving up to the coast if you are in CA or driving upstate if you are in NY or driving up to Chicago if you are in the midwest..etc.

He's not in London for a week here people. He's in Mexico with a teammate and his GF for two days relaxing.

You obviously don't like in NY. Why the hell would I drive UPSTATE to get away?

The problem is not what he did or is doing in Mexico. The problem is the perception a lot of people have about his trip down there. If this affects his game then obviously a lot of people will be upset The problem is it is nearly impossible to pinpoint a possible bad game (God forbid!) next week with this trip.

If he does have a bad game, then people will point fingers regardless. Therefore it is best to avoid certain scenarios for people to finger point. I think it would have been best to avoid this until after the post season because at that point you are off the radar so to speak with the fans. But it is his life. This entire league is supported by the fans. Randy Moss wasn't brought here because of issues along with other players for other teams. A lot of it isnt about talent but perception. If Tony starts to look like he is losing focus, then its perfectly natural to assume his personal antics during the season will make people wonder and I dont see the problem with that when you are making millions upon millions.

What QB do you think we should get in the first round to replace him? Dang Browns, we could have had Brady Quinn.

If the guy does indeed "party" too much and loses focus, Id rather have any number of other QBs. Just because he got us this far doesn't mean anything if he loses it towards the end of the season.
