I live 25 minutes from Wake Forest and think Carson is a good player. Probably a better value at that spot than any RBs available. Disappointed Davis got gone one spot before us.

RB could be upgraded but the defense was atrocious in the playoffs against GB. The run defense was an issue all year.

Upgrading the OL helps not only protecting the QB but helping out the RBs. So, with getting 2 OL that helps the run game and getting a edge and LB that can help stop the run is better then just a RB.

The days of bell cow back is long gone for the most part. It's by committee now and the off-season isn't done yet.

Let's see what the team looks like heading into training camp

even if zeke comes in, I don't care if he rolls out as a role player and a running back by committee but he can't be counted on as an actual #1 running back that gets the bulk of the carries their plan maybe going running back by committee fully send it with Rico, zeke and then using Vaughn like he should be a scat back.. that's strange i think they have a plan and it just can't be zeke..

they're probably just going to wait till another guy is cut or released or a small trade in the coming days not just zeke.

I dont think they thought Gilmore was coming back However who knows since he has not been signed by anyone else yet

In Zeke we trust.....this team is a disaster

Good luck finding a back in the 5th round that can pick up 650 yards rushing with 3 TDs, along with 51 receptions for over 300 yards and 2 TDs which is what Zeke did last season in a limited role.

IMO, the time was in their 3rd or 4th round….they didn’t…..so then it becomes what’s the point? Just draft a RB for the sake of doing it? These guys are as good or as worse as Rico and Malik….

Yep.......I wonder if they are surprised by the late run that pretty much swiped the board clean. Hell the Jets even took Isiah Davis right before their pick. At this point, it is what it is......I hate to say this but this season is not in a good place right now.
