You would have a point if this was his first time going to the Pro Bowl, but it isn't.

If I am mistaken, I believe I heard that he was leading the NFL (NFC) in interceptions before he got hurt.

He was an alternate last year who went when someone pulled out he wasnt voted in by the players and coaches.


This year the players and coaches voted for him knowing he was not going to play because he was killed. It was a tribute vote. They knew for a fact wen they made their vote that their first alternate would be in the pro bowl. So who did they make their first alternate knowing he would be in the pro bowl?

Exactly.

I am not taking anything away from Sean .... if he had played the second half of the season like he did his first 8 games he would have undoubtedly got in the Probowl.

We will never know though ..... but the only way you get in after playing 8 games is in a honorary fashion.

I voted stay. But he does not need to be a Cowboy for life.

If somehow we were able to acquire a better S, I'd be for replacing Roy.

Same for Ware.

Same for Romo.

Same for Witten.

Roy makes mistakes and it's no big secret, but hey who doesn't? IMO it's all because he plays on the most recognized team in the NFL that his inconsistencies are "over noticed". If Roy played on the Cardinals or some other low market mediocre team, would the mediots pay so much attention to him? I highly doubt it, and furthermore Roy catches heat because as Cowboys fans we are all looking for the next Woodson just like we've been looking for the next Emmitt and Aikman. The real question is rather or not he's lost his passion for the game because of all the negativity. It makes you question his heart and his toughness. Furthermore, Roy isn't going any where so it really doesn't matter what we think so my vote is for him to stay......
