I have always loved Roy ever since high school (went to James Logan shortly after he did, so there was tons of hype around him, specially around draft time) but the more I watch him play, it saddens me to say that I do not feel that he is completely committed.
I do think his coverage skills have increased and would love for him to a cowboy for life, but he remains a liability if he doesn't work on his techniques.
He let all the highlight reels get to his head and started going for the big hit instead of making a play to help our team.
While I was watching the second NYG game, I kept thinking to myself ''oh look at that, Roy's lined up on Shockey, they're going to pass to shockey, and get another first down'' and ofcourse, they would.
He played off too much, and ever since that game specifically I've realized that yes he is a major liability for our team, and until he proves otherwhise I do not think that he should remain a Cowboy because we cannot continue to avoid our flaws. Step up, or step out.
