Haha well i guess we will have to agree to disagree. Im just saying if Taylor is forced to cover 2 receivers running in opposite directions how is that TD pinned on taylor?? Like he was the one that gave it up. That was my point in the beginning.

Ok. I'm still pinning that TD on him because he covered Glenn through the whole play and the entire way down the field and never moved to cover anyone else.

Just saw RW's DOB.

He just 26 years old. We have at LEAST 7 more years, including this year, of stellar play. :)

Thought you might find this funny.

Leave troll with your 3 posts. GO back home and talk abour Sean Taylor all you want. Envy and dream Roy Williams still had the game Sean Taylor has. Roy is nothing but a liability in covered amd starting to get slower. The game is passing him by. Trust me, we have Archuleta so I know all about being a liability in covered. Oh yeah...cowboys suck. You may leave now.

Think he meant coverage but anyhow. L O L at that. :)

not to mention the reason for the tackles being down is because our front seven has been great stopping the run whereas the Commanders have the worst pass defense in the league, allowing for many many tackle oppurtunities by safeties. oh and with a 2-5 record im sure their defense is on the field just a little longer than ours. :laugh1:

You're right, the Skins have given up an average of 62.3 plays per game on defense so far, the Cowboys have given up an average of 58.6... that's "a little longer"...

All we heard all offseason was how superior both Taylor and Archuleta were to our very own Roy Williams, how he couldnt cover, how he was a dirty SOB, how he is the scum of the football world, yadda yadda yadda. Well, here are their respective numbers thus far this season:

Roy Williams:

23 tackles
3 INTs
7 Passes Defensed
1 Forced Fumble
2 Fumble Recoveries
1 Touchdown given up

Sean Taylor:

47 tackles
0 INTs
3 Passes Defensed
3 Forced Fumbles
0 Fumble recoveries
3 Touchdowns given up

Adam Archuleta:

49 tackles
0 INTs
1 Pass Defensed
0 Fumbles Forced
0 Fumbles Recovered
2 Touchdowns given up

So, let's review, Williams has more INTs, passes defensed, and fumble recoveries than both Archuleta and Taylor COMBINED. Williams, supposedly the "worst coverage safety in football", has given up 1 TD to Archuleta and Taylor's combined 5 and has 7 passes defensed, nearly double what Taylor and Archuleta have combined.

:lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2:

I've never heard anyone suggest that Archuleta is even a good safety...don't know where you got that one. Shuan Taylor is an impact player just about every week. He's a much better FS than Roy would ever be...I think that's an undeniable fact....NEWSFLASH....Roy is a SS.

I'm not sure where you've gotten the TD's given up. Roy has given up 2 TD's (one to Troupe, one to Shockey). And I'm just about positive Taylor has given up more than 3 TD's so far.

YAKUZA

We've got Taylor counted at 4 TD's allowed Yakuza. Although, I haven't looked into the Washington vs Tennessee or Wash vs Indy games to see if he gave up any TD's in those games.

And you're right, Roy has only given up 2.

I was hoping you'd join in the discussion here because you always have some VERY GOOD info and stats to bring to the equation.

:laugh2: Well at least someone is taking down good stats.

Figures HH would start a thread by pulling information out of his ***.

Thank you for taking the initiative and actually putting some REAL stats down
