the win was ok in my book, don't ever want to lose to an NFCE opponent....however, falling to 19 from say, 15 is a 175 point drop in the draft value chart...that equates to a mid-3rd round pick in value...in this past draft here were the players around that time:

#12: Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson (to Texans)
#13: Haason Reddick, OLB, Temple (to Cards)
#14: Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee (to Philly)
#15: Malik Hooker, S, Ohio St (to Colts)
#16: Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama (to Ravens)
#17: Jonathan Allen, DT, Alabama (to Commanders)
#18: Adoree' Jackson, CB, USC (to Titans)
#19: OJ Howard, TE, Alabama (ti Bucs)
#20: Garrett Boles, OT, Utah (to Broncos)
#21: Jarrad Davis, OLB, Florida (to Lions)
#22: Charles Harris, DE, Missouri (to Dolphins)

Other than Watson, not a lot of impact there so far (potential for some)

If McKinley was there when we picked, they would have taken him over Charlton.

So while they may like 3-4 guys at a spot, they still have a preference. The odds you get your preference is better the higher you pick.

If teams really had 3-4 guys they liked and could take either or, you would think teams wouldn't "trade up", but just make a phone call.

Atlanta: Hey Dallas, we want McKinley but don't want to trade up to get him.
Dallas: No biggie Atlanta, there are 3-4 guys we like. We won't be lost without Tak. Sit tight, we will take one of the other guys we really like.
Atlanta: Thanks Dallas.
Dallas: Don't mention it Atlanta.
