Jerry could have gone and got AP and none of this would be going on!
How can you force a team to trade you a player they have under contract? I missed that memo

almost certain he was joking...almost
So I heard both Joe Randle and Darren McFadden looked good today.
People really should stop posting Ray Rice speculation that any two-bit blogger puts out on the internet.
Read somewhere McFadden didn't practice. Is that true.

Dallas Cowboys Rumors: Team To Sign Ray Rice Or Pierre Thomas If Cardinals Sign Chris Johnson

Free agent running back Chris Johnson looks as if he will end up signing with the Arizona Cardinals after a visit this weekend. That takes one more back off the market for the Dallas Cowboys who are dealing with a host of injuries in the offensive backfield. With that, rumor has it that the Cowboys could end up turning to either recently-reinstated Ray Rice or Pierre Thomas.
ESPN reported that Johnson went for a workout and a physical with the Cardinals this weekend. It is expected that if all went well and the two sides could work out a deal, Johnson will end up heading to Arizona.
***snip***
Now, the Cowboys may really look into signing a free-agent running back before it gets much further into training camp. Ray Rice is still out there, but the Cleveland Browns have been reported as having a good bit of interest in him.
Sports World Report states that Pierre Thomas could become a viable option for the Cowboys. The former New Orleans Saints’ running back may not be an every-down back, but he is a great pass catcher coming out of the backfield, and the Cowboys could use that to their advantage.
The Dallas Cowboys are dealing with far too many running back injuries, and even first preseason game starter Gus Johnson is a bit banged up. Options such as Ray Rice and Pierre Thomas are out there, but a move needs to be made quickly.

Broaddus retweeted this, but I don't know who the OP is or if she was serious -
Ray Rice would bring a distraction and PR nightmare like nothing we've seen in Dallas. He could fracture the locker room and the criticism the signing would undoubtedly bring especially after adding Hardy isn't worth the headache. Signing him would be a huge mistake can't see the Cowboys going near him. The poster boy for domestic violence isn't what we want representing the Dallas Cowboys.
The NFL’s investigation concluded that Hardy violated the Personal Conduct Policy by using physical force against Nicole Holder in at least four instances. First, he used physical force against her which caused her to land in a bathtub. Second, he used physical force against her which caused her to land on a futon that was covered with at least four semi-automatic rifles. Third, he used physical force against her by placing his hands around Ms. Holder’s neck and applying enough pressure to leave visible marks. And fourth, he used physical force to shove Ms. Holder against a wall in his apartment’s entry hallway
