‘There’s no panic’: How Bengals are preparing to move forward without La’el Collins

The Cincinnati Bengals will be without starting right tackle La’el Collins for the rest of the year as he suffered a torn ACL and MCL against the New England Patriots in Week 16.
Collins, 29, started 15 games for the Bengals in his first season with the team and has done well in his job protecting quarterback Joe Burrow’s right side. Cincinnati’s starting five offensive linemen held the longest streak of consecutive games starting as a group in the NFL prior to his injury.
Replacing Collins won’t be an easy feat for the Bengals.
Got rid of La'el at the appropriate time, bengals thought they were going to reap the reward of the Cowboys making a blunder,, but not this time,,, no, no , no

He's a hardhead who proved his dishonesty with the rules by trying to cover up his cheating with the testing. The FO is done with him. Now, he's just a mere fraction of what he was when this team first got him. The Bengals also found out about him the hard way.

Man got payed, glad his final paycheck wasn't from the Cowboys.

He played poorly to start last season but got better as he got healthier. He was playing his best when he wrecked his knee.

At this point I think he is too broken down to consider by anyone. Will he even be ready to start the season?

This was inevitable. Collins had a huge dropoff last year.
Seem to remember some people doubting the dropoff. "PFF don't know nothing, " etc.
He had a rough year........

For context, Collins finished with a 44.3 pass-block grade, allowing 34 pressures, five sacks, and seven QB hits while committing eight penalties. That’s not the production Cincinnati expected when they signed the soon-to-be 30-year-old to a three-year, $21 million contract last offseason.

So who cares as he no longer is part of the Star?
Is everyone feeling good he didn't pan out with the Bengals?
Bunch of mean gossip queens we got here.
We got enough issues to deal with in our own backyard!

At LG 100% I'd "talk" to him.
At the right price I would for sure
He was a good guard
Experienced and hopefully healthy
But he’s a guy that you’d have to wait and let him see if there’s a tackle market for him. He’s gonna expect to get paid and I don’t know that big money is gonna be there

Collins got a good piece of change, so maybe he should think about sitting out to recover and come back later, healthy.
