Rumor: Bledsoe To Sign 3 Year Deal With Raiders..

If that is true then I called it about a month ago that if any team picked him up it would be the Raiders. With the Raiders likely to draft a QB with their 1st pick Bledsoe would allow them to bring their QB up slowly instead of just throwing him to the wolves.

I called it back during the season when he got benched.

My post was directed at the obvious diehard Drewpie that started the thread and has started tons of threads about the object of his (her?) affection.

If Emmitt goes to Arizona, I see why people would care. He was a great, great player for us. Bledsoe is just another meaningless footnote in Cowboys trivia to me. I care as much about him as I did about Vinny when he left.

I get that and I'm sure alot of people feel the same way. But if I or anyone else had posted it, it still would have generated interest and discussion. Not only because he's a former Cowboy, but because it's that time in free agency.

I like Beck a lot. I think he would be a pretty nice player for Oakland if they were to invest in him. Stanton, I don't know about for Oakland. I like Stanton a lot as well but I don't think he handles the pressure as well as Beck does. To me, Beck is probably the more polished QB between the two. Early second might be considered too early for Beck but if you have him rated as the 3rd best QB on the board, maybe not. Of course, its tough to say what they actually have in Walter IMO. How the heck can you tell when the guy is constintly running for his life or throwing on his back?

1. Trade Randy Moss.
2. Draft Calvin Johnson with the top pick.
3. Use their 2nd round pick for their QB of the future.
4. Use the rest of their picks for O-line.
5. Sign a Vet QB like Bledsoe.
6. Pray.

Absolutely the worst franchise in the NFL right now. Sad that a once proud franchise is this bad.

How sick Ive been of the "team of the decades" label Ive heard for the longest time. The Boys passed them up in wins for the SB era 2 or 3 years ago and we dont hear diddly about it

this makes a lot of sense...but first you have to be able to find a willing trade partner and I don't believe there will be many... but if the raiders want "the" top player than they draft Calvin Johnson...
